Great!

My only concern with the app is I had to get rid of it and re download it to have my new cell number other than that its extremely helpful!

Dear SaskTel, Please redesign this pitiful app. Refer to Telus and their mobile app; their version is very simple and works very well. Your mobility app is a gigantic waste of time. Looking forward to spending my money elsewhere when my contract is up.

Improve

Terrible app, needs many improvements, you shouldnt have to log onto your website through the app to see your Bill, everything should be visible right from the app, also neess things like touch id log in and faster data usage feedback, more slick set up overall would be nice, your a large company, this app is not a very good reflection of a Company such as this

No excuse

No excuse for a poor app like this. Other companies have apps that allow you to check your minutes used, data used, and texts used instantly, then you can register your credit or debit card and buy additional time or data on the spot. Maybe its more lucrative to have clients run over on their plans than to have them buy when they are getting low. Check out the Spark app in New Zealand and take a page out of their book!

This app should genuinely be illegal.

There should be an investigation into this app as it has racked me up more fees. Regardless of if you pay your bill or not, it will only show for a week, persuading you to believe youre all payed off and not harming your credit. Even when I called 3 months in a row to see whats up they say it says you were recently billed then it was paid, compounding of 100% interest but some how its paid off? Hmm yeah this is a scheme as is all of sasktel. I feel as if our provincial government is betraying us a little by letting this be okay. #SwitchingToBell
